This part of the sourdough is quite simple.
You have left the rye dough for 2 days and now you must "feed" it. You feed it by adding enough water and plain flour to get it back to a soft dough. The mix should smell yeasty bust still quite fresh.
Cover it again and pop it back in a warm place for 2 more days.
